"If I could give this company a zero, I would. We contracted Tolik and his team to install split units in our home due to a recommendation from our contractor and we couldn't have made worse decision. We had many conversations over the phone, text, email and a contract with itemized scope of work. The first thing they did wrong is throw out one of our existing splits which was supposed to be saved for re-use causing us to have to purchase an additional unit. They were supposed to repair our existing central air and heating system which wasn't done. They broke the ductwork on our existing central air condensor and left it that way. They were supposed to add heating and air conditioning in (2) bathrooms and instead installed ceiling vents connected to nothing, leaving us with finished bathrooms with no heating or air conditioning. To make it worse, they made an even more egregious error by tapping (1) condensation line into the main drain for the primary bathroom. The connection that was made was so poor that for months we had a leak in the floor below of the bathroom without knowing where it was coming from. We spent over 25k to dig out the entire outside of the house to redo draining never thinking that the work that was just completed by Tolik would be the cause. We had to rip up the room, replace the floors, redo all the sheetrock because the leak caused mold. When we presented Tolik with the bill, we were met with a response that he couldn't afford it. At which point, a payment plan was suggested and we have been greeted with radio silence. The extra costs financially we incurred due to their faulty work as well as the stress and heart ache, I would never recommend this company and would suggest steering away."

"Phenomenal is the word that comes to mind when you work with Eldar and his team. Whatever was promised, was delivered. Not only does the install look very professional but working with Eldar was 5 ⭐️ He is very patient and friendly, to the point where I felt a little guilty - 1st time ever gave a tip for work done (working with GC and other people in the professional services / construction is usually the opposite, you get less than negotiated-however with Roto Rooter HVAC not only did they do the Ductless AC work but they also took away the conventional grandfathered unit (which was dirty, old, heavy) and fixed up the former AC hole to the point that I came out several times after to just admire the work. I’m attaching picture so you can be a judge. In conclusion, I’m extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company any day or the week!"
