"I would agree with the low ratings review. He turned the A/C ON in my appartement without my consent while I was gone for the summer months and it cost me 200$ extra in electricity versus the previous summer when I had left it OFF. I ask him to pay it back and refuse to reimburse me even thought he acknowledge that he did turn it ON."

"Never ever look for a house from Bronson America realtor. Landlord regards tenants as blind donators. I really suffered from his money-based mind system. Of course I have to pay for what I get. But what did I get after paying expensive monthly rents? Only poor services and swear jars. It is your choice to believe me or not. But I'm only telling how I experienced the hell while I stayed in Bronson's apartment. I don't want more victims. 1.Do not buy anything from him also. Based on my case, most of the thing that he tried to sell were totally old and hard to calculate its price. You'll hear tons of 'It's brand new!' from him but the reality was that most items were not brand new. You'll notice that he is trying to earn some cash from tenants with exchanging his integrity. 2.Utilities of the building were beyond disaster. Wifi? I have no idea how landlord calls his poor wifi as fine wifi. Downloading contents was almost impossible. Youtube? Better give up. Acclaimed tons of times about wifi and the landlord said that no one claimed about wifi and made me as weirdo. Guess what Dave? my neighborhood right next door told me they had same problems with me and you never listen. Nobody says anything about wifi? Funny. It reveals that you lied to me. Eventually, they are paying their extra money for wifi service including myself. Heat? Felt that I'm staying in damn igloo. Igloo might be more warmer than Bronson America's houses. Another individual heater is strongly required which billed me pleasure extra electricity charges (approx $120) at winter which weren't unnecessary if heat supply was good as mentioned. You'll experience Antarctic in Binghamton. Be ready to hug the penguins. Water supply was the only thing worked well. After all this, landlord raised $25 more on rents and whined and justified that the raise was acceptable due to the raise of utility cost. Yet, he did not deserve the raise after what he has managed so far. 3. Read the contract carefully and be ready to pay for extra guest. It may indicated on the contracts regard the invited guests. But if you are bringing long-term guest, be ready to pay extra or bring no one. I had a guest who stayed several months for injury and I had to pay extras for first months of visit. Again, read the paper with extra caution otherwise it will eat you and slam you under the law. Don't give excuses to this establishment. With following pleasure experiences, I put strong claims to my school adviser to remove this poor apartments from housing list. I'm not sure they moved it or not, but I recommend not even get close to this apartments especially if you are a student. I met several people who were looking for empty rooms, but I truely wanted to yell "Run". Still looking for apartment? never ever contact to Dave Bronson unless you want to donate few thousand dollars to him. Hope this review saved countless lives."
