"The service was great. The technician came within 20 min on a Saturday evening. (Other locksmith’s I called estimated 1.5 hour wait). One complaint is that you sign for the amount to be charged first ($250) however, he was able to use two air bladders and popped the door open. I think the charge should be based on the degree of work performed. I am on disability and cannot afford my rent. Even just a 20% discount would have been a nice gesture. Toni"
