"I took my 2012 Mini Cooper to straight line on 1/24. My drivers side door would not open from inside or outside. They looked at it right away, I thought I needed a new door handle which is quite expensive. Didn't need a door handle, however they fixed it! Something about a rod and U thing. "I was in a fender bender, not much damage to my car, but was able to put in a claim through my insurance. Straightline Collision was easy to work with. They kept me updated for everything through text message. There was a day that I haven’t heard from them in a week so I called. They were polite and help me quickly. Stephen was the main person I talked to about my car and he apologized for the long wait but was going to call me that day about my car. They had fixed the front of my car but the part they ordered was a generic brand and he didn’t like the way it looked so I got a hold of my insurance to ask if they can pay for the name brand part. Which took another week but I got my car today and it looks amazing. I am very happy and will be going to them for any car problems in the future."
