"Wow talk about great customer service! Not only were they at least $100 cheaper than other places I got quotes from, they were at my door with keys within an hour of calling. They also made me a copy and gave some great general advice. Super friendly and made sure I tried both keys in the locks and ignition after they tried them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could."
"The experience was actually terrible, those …”guys” when I called them on Saturday- told me that my ignition key barrel will be fixed until Monday and they’ll give me a call. I ended up going to their place on Monday by myself without receiving a call. It appeared that they didn’t even start looking at it…and the guy was just simply telling me that “it’s not a problem you can take it somewhere else”…I needed that key and barrel fixed asap. I wasted two days of waiting them to fix it as I was promised by this “advanced…” wasted 1:30 hours of driving to them for no reason as well! They didn’t even say “sorry”…terrible service."
