"Gentleman Darren is always pleasant to customers and kindly offers his edifying help& advice in car issues. He had kindly helped me unstick my hatch on a few occasions. Then he certainly proved to be astutely professional in diagnosing my engine's issue, when I needed it. He was graciously kind and authentically confident in explaining how he could remedy it. Other mechanics/owner at the garage that AAA had initially towed the car to, were pathetically incompetent salesmen padding the bill, untrustworthy&dismissive of the customer.
