"I went here to make copies of my apartment’s keys. The machine is easy to use - but the machine doesn’t cut keys well. It cut the first one m, for my inner door just fine. But the outer door’s key did not work. I went back a total of two other times to make the key and it still did not work. The one good thing about the company is their refund policy. I called all three times and they gave me a refund each time. I will not be using them again. Having to go there a total of three times and the key failing 3/3 times is just a waste of my time."

"Perfect experience actually. I was happy that the kiosk allowed me to copy a RFID key fob into a key that worked flawlessly for about $25 and immediate (rather than waiting a few days). I was also able to copy a house key within the spot while all the locksmiths were closed during the weekend. Just a note that I went to the Forest Hills KeyMe kiosk first and it malfunctioned when copying the house key. I went to the 63rd Dr. KeyMe and it worked fine. Happy overall."
