"This store/company was an absolute life savor! I am so fortunate to find them in the Jackson Heights area to handle an issue beyond my technical comprehension. There was an issue with the power button, causing an infinite reboot loop (ironically, Power Button the name of the company!) And this problem had to be solved and solved quickly. I needed my phone for my business and I was concerned about not accessing my data. I was so very relieved that they fixed the phone. I only wish this place was around a few years ago and over the years when ever I would have phone trouble, because I would have went to them in a heart beat knowing this excellent experience! 100% will and would go back to them for any technical issue and probably will return soon with some other and older mobile devices."

"I dropped my phone on Wednesday and it made a horrible noise. I later found out that when I made phone calls, the other person could not hear me and the phone could not take a charge. As a mom, I need access to my phone! Luckily everyone recommended Power Button and they were able to fix both issues in a few hours for a super reasonable price. "If you say my phone is fully fixed when clearly in the photo when I got home the screen protector is coming off and I have liquid coming out of the phone no matter what you say your service is no good and I shouldn't be expected to pay for it I didn't go to the store to waste my time and have my phone ruined Purchase a screen protector simple right they took half an hour to install it. when they finally returned the phone the screen protector had a crack in it. When I pointed it out they give me a hard time to change it. Waited another half hour, by the time I got home the screen protector was coming off the inside of my phone case is broken and I have some sort of liquid coming out of the buttons so I'm not sure what they did take my advice go somewhere else +++++++++++++++++"
