"Absolute joke of a company, came to my neighbor in woodside who had a backed up sewer drain. They spent 40 minutes playing pretend by sticking there snake into a clean out for an outside floor drain, never even opened the main line, then told them it was 10k to replace the line.. I did it for them the next day, it was paper towels in the trap, took 40 seconds to clean, by the way he charged 600+ dollars for the 40 minutes of fake work. And then called them the next day angry about the bad review"

"Serviced heating boiler, rep told me their charge Is $85 flat to diagnose the problem and 1 hour later so called tech came and looked my boiler and he said I need to replace the pilot ignition and he suggest rest all is ok, so I ordered him to replace $7 worth ignition and paid $360 same problem came right in 10 days later and called the company and explained and they were saying your boiler is old there’s more bigger problem and if they send the technician will by another $85 to diagnose the probably another ii dint j is how much they will charge me, please don’t fall in this kind of trap please take your time and research more, there’s lots of other companies and best servicer,"

"The first guy they sent went to the wrong address but that's said and done. They then sent Mike who was efficient, straight to the point, and also charming. Overall, despite the address mix up, their response is great. If they send Mike after you call them, you know you're in good hands."
