"First of all the address is wrong and second of all they don’t support RFID key tags despite listing smart key as one of the services offered. The only 3 types offered here are regular key, regular house key, and regular mailbox key. Walked all the way here in a ghetto neighborhood for nothing"
"I had originally went to a kiosk who didn't have the key i needed and got it shipped to me instead. Less than a week later i got a notification that it was delivered even though it was not. I emailed their customer service and immediately got a refund. I then happen to passby another kiosk that had the key and i was able to obtain the key i needed instantly. The key worked even though it wasnt an exact match to the original."
