"Avoid. I know i was scammed. Guy came to open lock because I was locked out. Informed me the charge just to open was 225. Then said about having a new doorknob installed would cost 500 dollars. I said I only had about 200 hundred and said for 250 cash he do everything. He gave me a receipt for 125 and all I want was a receipt for 250. Then had multiple people call me from the office and then locksmith called me before speaking with his manager, telling me to tell one story to his manager but when on the phone he stated the price was 125 for everything and on the receipt it does state opening and new door knob. I honestly was afraid because of the way the guy was screaming at me during speaking with him manager. I do not understand how a company manager does not call me directly to ask the story, I had the locksmith calling me multiple time and screaming at me and I just blocked him number. I am afraid to say anything anymore because the guy know where I live. They should have their prices on the website and informed the customer beforehand. These guys do not care PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST."

"Made 3 copies because they had a buy 2 get 3rd free offer. Well the free key has the quality of free because it does not work at all. Only 2 keys worked so I at least gave 2 stars."
