"Master plumber William "Bill" Grand and his partner have been working on my emergency gas repair since the beginning of 2017 (Deposit paid in the end of 2016) They have run pipe but failed their inspection. This was last summer. I have begged, pleaded ahs threatened. I have spoken to them and the chief of plumbers for Queens. Stay away. DOB has a tool to look up Violations that plumbers have incurred. I wish I knew about that before I hired them."
