"I was pleasantly surprised when Eli called me after I had called the dispatch. He was extremely professional and greeted me like as though he was the owner of the company and was very eloquent on the phone and introduced himself as Eli and told me exactly what time he would be showing up and discussed the pricing ranges with me so I had a ballpark idea of what we were looking at since I broke my key in my deadbolt and was locked out of my house! When he arrived he got out of his car and came and shook my hand and introduced himself and told me what he was going to start doing to put me at ease because I was by myself in a little stressed out. He was so quick to fix my broken key lock and even offered to replace the deadbolt which I was grateful for because I didn't really have time or skills to do it myself. He put a better deadbolt on my door than I had before and gave me a better key! Payment was easy and he was on his way. I can't believe how easy and smooth and professional that was! Thank you thank you thank you eli!"
