Jim was patient and kind as he guided me through finding the size of my tires so that he could order the new ones in advance and have them ready at the time of of my appointment. I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment in a few short hours. Jim communicated with me via text when one issue came up. Jim personally took the time to go for a ride with me to understand the subtle transmission issue I was experiencing. His willingness to go ride with me to identify the problem set a positive vibe from the start. After diagnosing the issue, Jim recommended a transmission flush, which turned out to be the solution to the problem. I was relieved because I thought it was a major transmission issue on an AWD.
