"Since the covid 19 pandemic they have been doing virtual appearances. I went on late and the judge screamed at me like a nut. I tried explaining I was having issues with getting on. (Not everyone is good with technology) I know it’s 2021 but I’m 29 and even I have issues sometimes. He acted a fool and was even screaming at a lawyer as well. How embarrassing that this is our judicial system and people are treated like animals I am truely disgusted."
"It taking forever to evict non-payment renter Victor A. ( non Covid relayed ) after filing with my Patchogue attorney in December 2020 . Two months later no scheduled trail date ! Its nice to squat for 7 months!"
"This Court is a joke. They expect you to have a "witness" which in my case I would have had to pay at least $600 a hour which my lawsuit didn't even add up to. I did however, have written statements and a huge amount of proof. The judge automatically sides with the side that has the lawyer. Don't waste your time. As always, us little people lose. Its ashame that there is no justice in this world."
"3 was ago we came home to 2 tickets requesting we had to appear Went to court to find its French doors ,that were here BEFORE owning the house. My husband quickly apologized. The guy in turn says 2000? Shocked when he argued never getting a warning/ time to comply. He was punished."
