"11/29/23 if your old school and really enjoy having a hardcopy ticket for a concert then you can go on Etsy and order a souvenir ticket, however, Etsy will only offer you a digital copy that you must print yourself. This can become problematic if you don’t have a printer and would like it on quality paper. The seller of the souvenir ticket on Etsy suggested that I emailed the digital copy to Staples and have them print it. I thought this was an amazing idea, After spending about two hours, trying to figure it all out I gave up and drove down to my local Staples Store on Sunrise Hwy in Patchogue. This is where I encountered the most amazing, helpful, professional knowledgeable person named Kyle who literally helped me through every step in under 10 minutes. He’s my hero, and I truly appreciate his kind heart and his help. I wish there were more human beings like him. Thank you for restoring my faith in society. Previous review…..Yup, the dreaded back to school shopping, I have to say, it was fairly easy with great prices and sales. Numerous staff on hand to answer all your questions and help you check out quick. In and out in less than an hour. I think that’s a record for me."

"Today I went to Staples to return an item from Amazon. I live closer to a UPS store. But the motivation was attaining the coupon for $10 that I would use to purchase items at Staples. Staples need to change their name to the DECEIVER. There is major advertisement to get people to use Staples to return items. But there is no mentioning of all the exclusions until you read the small print at the store You got to be kidding, just be upfront with your buyer."

"I asked for help with printer ink and was given a rude explanation by a young man who looked like the manager in a black shirt. After being helped by a different young man with glasses who was very helpful, I went to the registers and had to wait in a small line despite!! the young man from earlier who looked like a manager just standing there and not helping the single cashier. When he did finally decide to help, he was extremely rude to the other shopper. I would not recommend this location unless you have a need for their specific products."
