"Was told by my insurance that this company would reach out to me confirming that their driver was at fault yet never did. Spoke with representative who seemed to have an attitude problem (understandable that call time was high) and didn’t try to listen to what the situation was as she cut me off mid conversation. Can see by reviews that both client and company like to scam people and make resolving issues harder than it needs to be. Pray that you don’t get harmed by drivers who deal with insurances like these. Do better and come correct. Update: Erin E. Slater stated that the reason this “company” doesn’t want to take liability because their scammer client presented a false “insurance information” even though my insurance tracked them through their clients license plate. Don’t know what type of logic that is but they need to take responsibility ASAP."

"There auto claims customer service department identifies with the words “ Negligent, Irresponsible, and non caring about their customer needs” The only consistent response that I received from them is, I APOLOGIZE over and over again. I do not believe that their corporate executives are aware of their employees incompetence."

Remember people to check your policy coverages and speak with an agent to make sure you have the most up to date coverages and products offered by the company. Trust me when I say that you don't want to be left hanging when you have a claim and not have the right coverages in place!"

"As a loyal OVER PAYING customer when my vehicle was totaled by a speeding driver, I thought surely when this "company" made me a offer on my totaled vehicle it would be fair...buyer beware I guess if your thinking of becoming a customer to these people...RUN. that one star is a lie. "Dragging their feet seems to be a constant theme with this company. Luckily I am not a policy holder! Unfortunately I did have to deal with this company when one of their policy holders hit me with their car as I was walking in a crosswalk. That was five months ago and I am still waiting for them to pay the $150 doctor appointment fee for getting checked out. It's frustrating to have to call them every month and waste an hour of my life getting a hold of the examiner to find out they have not done anything. They say they can't get a hold of the medical provider (one of the largest in the state) even after sending them my bill and providing multiple points of contact. Edit: responding to the company. Yes I was the one who set up the conference call using a phone number I previously provided you. According to your customer service team I specifically cannot communicate with the person working on my case over text. It would be great if I could though!"
