"My wife is 'set in her ways' and keeps our joint account at Chase. I just couldn't take it anymore and opened my own account at this place. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Here are the differences: -Friendly -They answer the phone (and a human answers....in 2021!!-incredible). -Online banking app actually works. -Same employees (Chase had different ones every 6 months over 15. years! The above have made my banking needs easy. Then there are lots of little things like they let my puppy in the bank and even gave him a treat. NEGATIVES: I can only think of one: if you are into money laundering...stick with the big banks (see documentaries on Netflix). A bank like Tompkins will 'sniff' you out."
