She took great care of me, my sons and most importantly, my beloved River Dog, Radiant Cali. Susan offered heartfelt condolences, educated us through the process, offered us space to own our emotions and guided us through difficult choices. Susan gave us all the time we wanted to say goodbye to our beloved Cali. She couldn’t possibly be more gentle, kind, supportive & compassionate.
