After a brief phone conversation, I texted him my name and address and he contacted me back on Sunday morning saying he could come over at noon that day, if that was ok. Came over, priced the job and said if I had what I needed to complete the job, they had time and could have everything completed right then in 3 hours. "When we lost electric at our home, we called Jeff. He called us back within an hour and was able to stop out the same day to take a look at out situation and was able to quickly identify the issue. Jeff and Eric replaced our outside electrical box for us. The team did a wonderful job, were very nice and even though it was super hot and muggy they got the job done much faster than my husband and I had expected. Jeff set up everything we needed with National Grid for us and checked in with us later on that evening to make sure everything was working. It was a pleasure working with this company and if we have issues in the future, we will definitely call him."
