""Couldn't ask for better!" I remember Doug Guthrie of San-Den Floors who installed oak floors for my house back in 1989. 34 years later, they're in great shape and we haven't been too careful. Good material; good finish, good installation. He took the extra time to have the flooring sit in our house to acclimate to the houses natural humidity level before installation, and the fact that we have zero cracks, warping or spaces a third of a century later says a lot.
