"Amazing service and great food! This is the first time I had a prepackaged food that tasted like real fresh out of oven home made food. If you preorder vegetarian or kosher food that too is amazing! Staff is very nice and their service is superb! Definitely worth every penny!"

"I am a low maintenance traveler, have flown hundreds if times, and this is my first review left of an airline. Aeroflot has a bad company culture. Staff are unnecessarily rude and difficult to deal with. And afterwards they lost my bags and my friend's bag. I will avoid Aeroflot like the plague in future."

But what else did I expect from this horrible Russian airline! Never fly this one ************ Horrible Russian Airline n Horrible Service. But then again Russian right! To top it there has been absolutely no response from their customer care at all. Totally unresponsive and my bad for booking in such a lousy airline. In December we were starting our 3-week long vacation from US to India via UAE. We were hoping for a much better start to the vacation for our family taking a long distance flight to Dubai and then to India. We were travelling with 2 young kids which made it all the more challenging. Firstly I was told when I called AeroFlot the previous day to travel that there was only 1 check-in bag allowance. Especially for a long trans-Atlantic flight, this was totally inadequate and lesser than what most other airlines offer. (Etihad, Emirates, Qatar, Air India, Lufthansa, British Airways, United) We had to undertake last minute hassles and adjustments to accomodate this. Secondly, all our regular cabin baggage (which we have used successfully on Emirates, Etihad, Air India, Kuwait and British Airways earlier), were found to be very challenging to fit in cabin size checker of aeroflot. We had to spend a lot of time at the counter with a rather unhelpful AeroFlot staff. Adalgisa @ JFK and team were far from customer friendly and this was a bad start to this flight. We also had to incur ADDITIONAL, TOTALLY UNNECESSARY checkin fees because our standard cabin baggage was not fitting in your sub-standard cabin size in Aeroflot planes. Lastly and most frustratingly, we had requested for Asian Vegetarian Meals (Hindu Vegetarian Meals) when we had booked and also checked that when we checked in. We had done this due to our strict dietary restrictions and allergies in our family. However much to our utter disappointment, there were no meals other than chicken, fish, beef. The staff had no clue what to serve and our kids remained hungry through the flight. The staff also said they would record a report so the management could review what really went wrong. However, for us, the damage had already been done. We could not have asked for a worse start to a great vacation we were looking for. I was really looking for a much much better experience from Russia's flagship carrier. Utterly Disappointed and never flying Aeroflot unless something is really done about this and I get a satisfactory response here. Frustrated Aeroflot Passenger Satish"

"Aeroflot is not a professional aeroline. If you have any problem, as could be a flight getting cancelled, they don't ease at all the whole procedure of finding the lost baggage in case you lost them and they definitely take their time to get you reimbursed and you need to query them to move forward. My flight was cancelled in Moscow and I had to go back to the starting point of my trip and buy another flight because they didn't offer me any other solution. Of course, they don't cover the extra-cost of waiting for a new flight because they suppose that the starting point of your trip is where you live, what is completely stupid. I'll try to avoid taking this airline in the future."
