Reviews
"Great place. Mosque focuses heavily on tawheed and following the true path of the Prophet saw"
"First Imambargah I visited in USA. Attended 10th Muharram majlis. MashaAllah it was nice to see so many shias."
"Very nice. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The sermon was very informative. Highly recommend"
"Being a Shia Muslim I got very few Shia mosque around me. But I often come here and find it closed most of the days of the week except on Friday. I humbly request the Management to look into this as it gets really disappointing sometimes for people like me who come from Long Island to queens (Van wyk exp way) just to find the mosque closed during Salat time."
"They keep a small space for woman and have them sit on top of each other as well as making them sit outside in the heat while men have a huge space and sit in ac’d room. Islam doesn’t teach this. Islam teaches equality and for the 30 years I’ve been here I can confidently say Al Khoei does not practice this. Ashura this year is 95 degrees and they expect woman to sit outside in weather."
