"Very spirit moving. Always feel welcome even when watching online. To God be the Glory. Bless you Rev. Lowe & Church Family"
"Excellent experience by being at this house of the Lord! The staff is impeccable and helpful along with making sure that we felt welcomed and supported through the Memorial Service that occurred. So if you are in the Francis Lewis Blvd or Linden Blvd areas near 116 Ave then stop by and fellowship with Mount Moriah and Rev. Lowe!"
"This church is a massive eye sore in the community. It looks derelict and abandoned. They started a massive building expansion project and it looks as if they did not have the funds to finish it. I can't believe how bad the building and surrounding area looks. To me it sends a clear message that they do not value the surrounding community."
"I was reminded to submit a review after running across one of Mount Moriah's leaflets in one of my Bible's. I attended a number of services for several months in 2017. The preaching, teaching and music ministries were AMAZING!!! However, I personally feel that Mount Moriah AME may be best suited for one who already knows people who attend there. Outreach to a new comer like myself did not extend beyond a point [of every service] where parishioner's are asked to ask the person next to them, "are you saved?" Mind you, I am personable and take time to greet and talk with those seated next to me even before there is an invitation to greet one another. Twice I submitted a request [in the offering basket] to speak to someone about church membership, but never received a response. It was at this point, I figured it best to move on."
"I've known this Pastor for over 25 years, he's s man of character and integrity, he's really committed his life to Christ, his church and family! The church is warm, friendly, and sweet. There's phenomenal worship, fellowship, and friendships here!"
