"This is the slowest post office in the world only one person working on Saturdays line is out the door. The only person working moves at her own speed inconsiderate for the people having to go on with their line. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"This place is ridiculous! The workers are mean-spirited and lazy. Why advertise that you’re opened from 8am-5pm and when ppl arrive to be serviced at 8am, you announce that someone will be out to help them within 10 additional minutes!!? Why open the door before you’re ready to work? Make it make sense!! These people have no respect for others time plus they need classes on Soft Skills. And they’re always angry like customers made them come to work!! Complaining to Corporate doesn’t help either because they’re just as mean and couldn’t care less. Bottom line: don’t come to this PO unless you have time to waste. On your way to work, think you’re going to run in and run out real quick!?….Fuggetaboutit!!!"

"Personally, I if i have to return to this location in person to receive a lying delivery attempt package about a unsecured location/No entry access again! I’ma blackout and be escorted out by the cops! My address literally has accessible entry by buzzing the bell or dial by code! 07305 needs to go viral and shut down for their continuous terrible services. I feel like this is part of the system to push people to move out the city, because nothing is being done. But seriously hire me! I’m willing to be the cause folks receive their packages with a guaranteed outcome skipping a line."

"Come inn they have one person in the window….. have 3 in the back conversating and complaining on how much they hate their job…. When there are plenty of people wishing they had a job right now!!! Hire people that want to work and represent the Post office correctly……. Hire people that really want to work!!!!"

"I had a highly disappointing experience at this post office location. Despite waiting for nearly an hour with only one window open, the service was abysmal. The staff member responsible seemed to be juggling various tasks, going back and forth between the back room, dealing with packages, and printing labels, all while the line extended out the door. To make matters worse, this staff member suddenly disappeared, leaving all of us waiting in confusion. After 15 minutes of uncertainty, an elderly lady at the window informed us that the staff member had gone out for lunch, and the window wouldn't reopen for another 30 minutes. This is an appalling misuse of taxpayer money and a clear example of government inefficiency. It's a disgrace to the taxpayers who fund the government with the expectation of proper functioning services. If this post office cannot serve the people efficiently, it should either improve drastically or consider outsourcing its operations to agencies like UPS or others who can run it more effectively. This level of service is simply unacceptable."
