"Overall gets the job done. Reasons for these stars is that some of the employees here come at you like they’re about to fight you for doing something wrong. Obviously will have questions with shipping and handling. That’s why I’m in the store. Not all employees are like that. Some are nice but others I’ve encountered like the older women, just come off rude. Just bad customer service."

"Came here a few times to drop off my Amazon return packages. Clean location with excellent and quick-working staff. I’m always in-and-out in under 5 mins. Only once did I have to wait probably 20 mins to have my return packages scanned because it was either during the busy holiday season or Amazon Prime season - and you can’t blame them for that. It’s bound to be busier during those times, but you can still expect to be handled by stellar respectful workers. So be respectful to them during those times. Keep up the great work here! :)"

"I literally just left the store and here is a summary of my experience 1. Hustle-free parking. You are guaranteed to always find a spot. 2. Excellent customer service! They need to be praised especially since they are better than my usual FedEx and UPSP experiences. Respectful. Courteous. Friendly. Welcoming! My kind ask is to please fix up the big UPS logo outside OR fix up a logo on the glass window for easy accessibility! Apart from that, excellent service! You have something special going on over there so do keep up the good work!"
