"Do not rent a locker here. After several years of storing furniture we went back to find a RAT had taken up residency within the locker we rented. There was Rat feces all over the floor. Rat feces all over all our belongings. This storage facility is not held to the same standard it once was. We spent a few hours emptying the locker and there were doors open the entire time from the street all the way through to the loading dock. It wasn't always like this they used to be strict about people holding doors open. Little wonder there's a rat problem. Everything we spent years storing is covered in mold, rat feces and God only knows what else. Absolutely disgusting. Everything went straight to the trash. We had a $3,000 insurance policy on the unit but have been advised only $500 coverage for rodent damage. Complete waste of money storing at this facility."
