"The Team here is very quick to respond. I was stuck in Elevator in 6th Floor. I called 911 and they directed the call to FDNY in Queens. I got help immediately. The crews came prepared with long handle axe and crow bars and in full gear. The worst part was when electricity went off. I never experienced before the complete darkness such as this one inside the elevator. Thank God. All credit to the crews who came 6 am in the morning. FDNY Engine 298 most deserving for excellent service."
