"I am grateful for the assistance the govt is providing to lower income families. However why is it that the workers in the office treat you like you should beg 'them' for assistance? I mean they are not forth coming with information, when u ask them a question, it's answered with an attitude or ignored? Or they tell you to read the booklet. Like can the booklet answer all questions. I mean your in a job to assist people, if being kind is burdensome to you, then you should change offices, and give the job to others who are kind and have some compassion. My sister go to the WIC, in New York and her experience is way different from mine. Whenever I go to the WIC in Irvington, I am always guarded, and I’m afraid to ask questions because the answers are not forth coming and their approach isn't helpful."
"The nutritionist @irvington Wic office made my day today.i come to get wic for my sons? I was running to get there fast and just realized my breath about to stop and I said let me go buy a bottle water, She said hey coming I got one for you and she give it to me. Thanks to her for giving me that bottle water I’m very very very grateful for that Thanks again."
