"ACTUALLY TOOK CARE OF THE CLIENT WHEN INITIALLY THEY DID NOT One of the worst experiences. False advertising on the price of the flight and then charging me $60 more for the same day trip. And then having the audacity to tell me they called me and no voicemail messages and then texting me 2 days later which I did receive. I could have booked with another company and almost had the same price the 1st time around. The funny thing, I’m asking them to take care of the $50 difference and they can’t even do that. Correction: They have just left me a voicemail message and have refunded me the cost difference for the change in travel plans. Thank you FareHub for taking care of your clients."
