"First time riding this train from South Amboy to Manhattan, My wife, my son and I Had a problem with the online tickets, but majorly dealing with a very unpleasant and unprofessional attendant who didn’t “see” the blinking screen of the tickets and was raising his voice at us. He doesn’t wear a badge and doesn’t give out his name so we can’t make a formal complaint with the New Jersey Transit Authority. He was actually laughing at us when we requested his name. Finally he got a supervisor who straightened everything out but also would not give out any names. We figure it’s a daily occurrence here so that is why they don’t wear name tags. Get prepared to take the abuse if you decide to use this service. Shame on you NJ Transit!"
