"Don't work here. Office is very old and outdated while the rest of the building is brand new. The two employees there are mother and daughter, who are very ghetto and rude. I got money stolen from my purse when I went to the bathroom. They are always hiring every few months for the same position. That says a lot."

"Worst company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with hundreds of companies. My first recommendation is whatever you do DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT - its for 10 Years. Can you imagine why a fire alarm monitoring company would even have a 10 year contract? They also love to SUE their customers in Binding Arbitration. They seem to prey on small business owners who don't read the contract closely. Its a lengthy contract written by Fire Alarm Legal Experts where every clause seems to be against the customer. You can't even counter-sue them according to the contract. If for some reason you want to get out of the contract it's almost impossible and you will still owe them for whatever years left on the contract. You are on the hook for 10 years. This company cost me a fortune and I was a loyal client for years. Just nasty mean people. Oh and those 5 star reviews from the people named Davis, just so happens that the family that owns the company, their last name is Davis. I'm sure that's just a coincidence. And ask yourself why a company that has been in business for 25+ years has so few reviews? Somehow they found a way to scrub all the other 1 star reviews that used to be up on Google."

"I totally agree with the two yelp reviews. Do not sign their contract with personal guarantees . Tell them or anyone you may deal with that you want no personal guarantees what so ever. These guys have no heart. I own a lounge / nightclub in Bklyn. As of this day in NY the Governor has not green light my business to open. So since March 14th my business made not one dime. I explained that to the company and just like Jake said they said sorry your out of business and we will close the account. Then you get the mail about the arbitration and you will be hit with the arbitration fee and the balance of the contract. I wish this company nothing but misery. During a pandemic you can’t find a heart. Now I have to pay them with money I do not have and reduce what I need to take care of my family. If your opening a new business stay away from them."
