SHE WASN'T EVEN LISTED ON GOOGLE MAPS OR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HER PRIVATE WEBSITE. CHEAP WEBSITE WITH VERY LITTLE INFORMATION. SHE HAS 3 LINKS THAT SHOW UP WHEN YOU SEARCH THE COMPANY NAME AND TWO OF THEM HAVE NO ADRESS JUST AN EMAIL,PHONE NUMBER AND FAX? SHE WANTED TO CHARG ME MONEY FOR SEATS THAT WERE FREE OF CHARGE ON THE AIRLINE. I REQUESTED AND PAID FOR 2 NONSTOP ROUNDTRIP FLIGHTS OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR A FAMILY MEMBER AND MYSELF AND WAS CHARGED $50 EACH TO MAKE THIS RESERVATION. I WAS GIVEN 1 ROUNTRIP AND THE OTHER 1 STOP IN ANOTHER COUNTRY BEFORE HEADING TO THE ORGINAL DESTINATION ?!?!?!?!? B4 PAYING BEFORE LEAVING FOR THIS TRIP LUCY ASSURED ME THEY WERE BOTH ROUNTRIP FLIGHTS TO AND FROM DIRECTLY NO STOPS !?!?!?. SHES SO RUDE ON THE PHONE THAT I EMAILED MY DISAPPOINTMENT AND IF THERES A RESOLUTION TO THE MISTAKE SHE MADE.SHE SIAD THERE WAS NOTHING FOR THE SAME PRICE ON THST DATE THAT SHE WAS SORRY ??!?!?!? DONT BE SORRY RETURN THE FEE U CHARGED FOR THE FLIGHT YOU MADE A MISTAKE ON AND CORRECT THE ISSUE . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS WOMEN . DONT BE FOOLED BY HER WEBSITE ..AND HER NICE TONE AT FIRST . ONCE SHES PAID SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR TRAVELING EXPIERENCE . IF YOUR NOT GOING TO TAKE YOUR JOB AND BUISNESS SERIOUSLY .DONT WORK AND TAKE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY ."
