"I am fairly new to renting out a storage unit. Prior, to considering a unit I did some diligent research to ensure my belongings would be secured. I discovered Stop and Stor on Grand Avenue. Overall, I saw their pricing and reviews. Their pricing rates were fairly reasonable and reviews superb. In addition, the staff are helpful and excerise decorum with the public. The only thing I say the floor where my unit is located do not have a fan nor air conditionar, so it gets hot."
"Wow.... Going on 3 years at this location, and nothing but good things to say about it. Great hours. Great staff. Always clean. And I do mean always clean!! Did I mention great staff?! Honestly, I have no issues with this location at all. If I had to find one, it world be that it's not 24 hrs. Easy gate access, car access, so you can drive right in, and if you have a truck full of things, that's no problem. There's room for that as well. All in all....5 stars for sure. Would I recommend this place over the competition around the corner?! YES I would!!"

"The weather is quite warm. It would be great if we could have an air conditioner or a fan. There seems to be a recurring issue with the lift. It would be helpful if everyone could be reminded to lock the door behind the red line on both sides when closing it."
"I love this place! I am sure my goods are going to be safe. This place is big and comfortable, I was able to park my car inside, there are tools to help me moving in, staff are so welcomed and outgoing. Clean place, very convenient."
