"When the call I really someone answer me! Just a machine if I stay waiting someone unswer me! Ring and ring until hung off. Have to try many and many times with different days and to go to see the IRS. IRS to see them is with appointment. IRS own me money from 2019 and and is been telling to mail letter and I’m tired sent to priority mail and wasting my money and the last time! They told me I need to go see them with all the letter notarized etc and I did it in Manhathan they told me! I need to wait 4-6 weeks! But is passing months almost a year. They don’t fix my problem to pay the money or even email me or letter about the problem. Everything the ask me to fix the problem! I did but if anyone owns money to them! For sure! We have every month a letter from them asking for the money and plus interest. Please please please! There are many calls already I did and you have all the copies and letters you ask. Until when? Before the excuse was Covid but NO MORE COVID. Need to hire people who do the job"

"That place the desk just tell me no review my document. That why i appointment coming here for. Because irs keep send me said own them money. And send lot document to them by mail almost like 2 years and call them still said never receive. That why appointments for irs office. Now tell me no review my document. "I MAILED THE IRS MONEY BY MISTAKE WHICH I WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND TO NYS TAX THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND NEVER GAVE IT BACK CAUSING ME TO BE LATE IN MY PAYMENT AFTER I GOT AN EXTENSION FROM NYS TAX WHEN I EXPLAINED TO THEM THE SITUATION. I DID NOT OWE THE IRS ANYTHING SO HOW AND WHY THE HELL DID THEY PROCESS MY MONEY ORDER THE MONEY ORDER HAD NYS TAX WRITTEN ALL OVER IT ALONG WITH ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND EVERYTHING SO WHY THEY DID NOT JUST RETURN IT WHY PROCESS SOMETHING I DID NOT OWE. THIS IS WIERD AND THEY LEAVE IN A PLACE OF SUBMISSION BECAUSE THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT SO I"

"I would give this place 0 stars but I have to leave a one star because Google reviews won't let me rate them any lower. I tried making an appointment through the phone but the phone line is always busy. So I went in person and explained the situation. They told me they could only see me with an appointment. So I had to go home. I called the phone number they gave me and I was on the phone with them for an hour and half just to get an appointment! Staff is very rude especially the security guard. I came here just to get my tax transcript. Avoid this place at all costs."

"They are very inconsiderate. I went four times just to get my IRS transcript. They need to have separate lines for people who need transcripts only. It doesn't take long to print out transcripts. It is very frustrating waiting in line at 11 am through 3:30 pm to be told that they won't give you transcripts. I don't understand why the system is down online. If they can't handle to many people waiting in line and their going to close at four thirty then they might as well not serve anyone. They need to hire a bigger staff and manage things properly. Very disappointing. Don't ever go here. As a student and a part time worker I don't have the time to always go in for a simple transcript."
