"Safe, clean facility at a great price. Sylvia and Maia (sp?) were absolutely awesome. They treat you with respect and work hard to get you great pricing and give you great service. The guys who run the elevator work extremely hard at moving all the guest up and down as fast as possible including going above and beyond to help you load and unload (which is not part of their job). The place is not as fancy as some of the new storage places but you also aren't paying the prices of those newer facilities. In the end, it is a perfect location to store your things securely with all the access you may need."

"I have been using Citiwide for 6 months and I love it! I am there quite frequently (a few times a week) and most of the time have to be in and out very quickly. I am always able to get what I need and get out of there. Also the staff is always friendly and accommodating to my needs. Before I joined Citiwide, I did a lot of research and found them to have the best hours and location in LIC, Queens. They are very close to major highways but have their own street which means you don't have to load up on 21 St. or Northern Blvd. All and all a great experience and highly recommended to anyone who like me, needs storage for professional reasons."
