"Ah, mini storage. A wonderful convenience if you find yourself moving from a larger apartment into a less spacious one and have made the mistake of collecting stuff that you haven't really culled through for too long. They make it very easy to get your stuff into their spaces with bargain prices for a short period of time. Then reality hits; and it will keep on hitting. Know that their business model is to get you in their spaces, expecting that many of us will find it difficult to get rid of our excess stuff quickly enough to avoid what can easily be multiple 25%+ increases. I began in a space for $109/mo. A bit over a year later, they were threatening me with $192/mo. Speaking with other companies, this is not uncommon in the industry. The negatives being listed, there's a reason I put up 5 stars for Public Storage. And that is, their people will work with you: they gave me 3 months grace before my first increase when I protested and threatened to move out. And when they gave me the notification of the increase to $192, I WAS going to move my stuff out. But their staff (specifically, Elijah) worked with me and found another space at a level a bit below what I originally came into the facility at. That their people on site worked with me - and their corporate overseers allowed them to do so - is what prompted me to give a positive review. It is worth adding that I had a conversation with a higher up in the corporate structure about what my concerns were and, once again, received deference from the company regarding my rental. I have to admit, this was a very unexpected positive surprise that allowed me to rethink my rating of the company and bump it up to a full 5 stars. I wouldn't have expected to feel comfortable doing this, but the unexpectedly excellent customer service I've received from them deserved to be acknowledged. This is a rough and tumble business that relies on a degree of entrapment; granted that we, the renters, are the ones who could get ourselves out of those traps, if we act responsibly. But they know that many will not and that is how they make their money. That being said, in this potentially difficult environment, to know that this company will make an effort to keep your business is something worthy of being complemented."

"I have to say the best! I been here for a little over a year and the customer service is beyond hospitality for a storage place feels like home. I recently had some minor issues with my unit and Jamie and Elijah at front desk really helped me out with the process and I could not ask for more. I am extremely grateful they helped me out. These 2 are winners with the upmost respect deserve managerial positions. Thank you Jamie and Elijah you are super stars!"

"My friend is in the middle of moving and find new apartment, so she need the place to store her stuff. I found this location is near area she want to live and the price is better than another storage in the area. The reception was ok but too lazy to be adjusting and not flexible if any changing request. Small garage area can fit several cars for temporary loading. they have a good big elevator can fit 3 big Platform Truck. The place pretty secured and have limit of time to go in and out. The light and temperature are automatically control by the system. It is a bit creepy if you go to get stuff in your storage alone because it will be nobody there."
