"No one is answering the phone. According to others in-person isn't much better. I will take my chances."

"Been calling since 9am no one answers the phone !!!! They took the phones of the hook"
"Rude administrators. Went here for an interview and the woman was a total racist and sexist. She did not believe a man was quality enough for a doe job with children. Would not recommend working for these people. Awful dirty location in an awful dirty neighborhood"
"Wanted to bring to THE BOARD OF EDUCATION's ATTENTION that Logan School Bus service is a disgrace!!! They never pick up the phone and even when OPT calls them to check up on your child, they don't answer. They should stick to private events rather than doing business with schools because they are very unreliable and have buses that are always breaking down and drivers that are late in picking them up or dropping them off. Please look into this matter by checking complaint reports from OPT pertaining to Russell Sage in Forest Hills (District 28) and you will see that I am right. They had my grandson waiting in the school 3 hours on a Friday because they broke down and on a Monday because they swtiched drivers my grandson never made it to school. If a could rate them a 1/2 a star that is what they would get from me. They are the worst school bus service with RUDE staff and drivers that seem to get lost with GPS. They do not deserve any school accounts because they are irresponsible and I don't feel they are a safe company especially when dealing with my 11 year old grandson and with other children!"
