"This place is disaster, no one picks up the phone calls, no one call you back when you leave a phone number for call back, no one knows to tell you what paper to bring or what they missing when you upload documents some documents won't upload. Those people get paid for no reason. My next move is to send letter to Albany to complain they need to put some educated people to work here this is unacceptable."

"HRA makes it a point to get you to go to your local office to handle a case. For those who are confined to the but and not a lot of time, its inconvenient. Especially when they want to close the case at the slightest appointment miss. Grace day? Are you serious with that? They can't just come running out of bed and sit for 4 hours. Edit: If youre looking for the fair fares program, you have to contact MTA Directly. HRA isn't much help here."
