I visited on a Saturday, and Cynthia was the only one handling passport applications. Despite the heavy workload and long lines for walk-ins, she managed to serve both those with online appointments and some walk-ins with efficiency and a smile. I highly recommend booking an appointment online due to the high demand, but even under pressure, Cynthia delivered exceptional service. I truly appreciate her efforts and professionalism!"

"Hard to separate general post office incompetence from specific offices but this one is a real piece of work. Lately every single thing I mail has a problem, without exaggeration. Most aggravating is that they are obviously not picking up stuff in the drop chutes promptly to lower their own workload. It's routine to drop a prepaid package including Priority Mail and be told on the website that USPS is "waiting to receive" said mail piece for a week or more. They haven't yet lost a tracked mailpiece but they have lost plenty of stamped postcards and envelopes- mailed all over the country with a huge amount of losses that implicate either them or the distribution center. An absolute disgrace"

"Received a slip saying I needed to go to this USPS to pick up my package. I go and wait in line for over half an hour even though the line was short because there were only 2 clerks and 1 of them was clearly talking to a friend for 20 minutes. I am then informed that they lost my package from my family, who I haven’t seen in over 5 years, somewhere in their storage. They apologized and promised to look for it and contact me the next day with updates on whether or not they can find and deliver it. I received no such follow up. So now, I have lost a very VERY sentimentally valuable package and have no clue what’s next. How do you lose a package within the same building? How messy and disorganized must it be in the back? How easy is it to forget to make one phone call or send one text? The lack of basic competency in this place is shocking."

"Rude, inefficient, waste of time, not helpful. Should close down. Came here for Passport application. Made an appointment online for 11:45am but got there at 12:02pm due to a car accident around the corner. My appointment window was for 2 people so 11:45 to 12:15pm. The 2 clerks had me waiting for 30 mins because the passport person was on break. After waiting for 30 mins they couldn’t take us in because we had missed our time slot. It was very stupid and a waste of time. This location should close down. Not a surprise they have 1 star ratings. CLOSE DOWN or get more staff."
