"The reason the doors are locked is because you need a password but overall the church is amazing"
"I find it puzzling when Church website gives hours Church open but when one goes there finds Church doors locked"
"What a place of faith hope and love. A place of families!"
"I went to grammar school there from 1957 to 1964 when it was St. Mary Help of Christians. Let’s just say some of the nun teachers would have been charged for assault and child abuse. I witnessed one break a wooden yardstick on a 5th grader’s hand. Me, the principal slapped me on the side of my right cheek with a metal ruler. Ok, so I got caught playing hooky, but that was uncalled for. I didn’t tell my mother until after she picked me up and we got home. She was incensed. She said if I had told her while we were still in the principal’s office, she would have knocked her out, habit or no. What did I learn from all this: don’t get caught."
"It was a beautiful baptism for my 1 year old great niece. I was deeply touched by priest and ceremony and the words he shared with family."
