"I do NOT trust this bank anymore. I deposited a check in person and they put it in the wrong account. Totally different account numbers that they “mixed up”. I’ve heard too many bad things about this bank and I’ll be looking for a new one."
"Every time I go to this bank I am treated with respect, greeted with smiles and they always ask how my child is doing and give her lollipops The staff is very sweet especially Celia and another woman I can't remember her name but they both go above and beyond to make you feel like each customer is special. I will drive past the other capital one branches to get to this one just because of their great customer service. They even have dog treats for the pull up window for your pup! They are all great. Definitely recommend you do your banking at this branch."
"Terrible customer service. Teller deposited checks into wrong account and could not reverse transaction. Teller did not return receipts for transaction. When asked to speak to manager Teller informed me that there was no manager on site. When trying to discuss the situation in the drive thru lane Teller had told me I had to move. This has happened multiple times. The bank just stole my money and will not reimburse the funds. Now it's a lengthy call through customer services trying to rectify the issue. A federal financial institution should always have a manager on site especially in the state of New York. This is upsetting and creating aggravation as my money was stolen from me. If this happens to you call the police to file a report."
