"I was very disappointed in the customer service here. I spoke to one of there agents in regards to my homeowners insurance policy, I wanted to make some changes and she told me I could not before even looking at what i was asking. Rather than explain things she gave me an attitude and tried to bloe me off by sayin: “how about I have the other agent call you back in 5 days.” She then proceeded to tell me that i signed a contract in regards to one of the subjects I asked her about which I did not and asked her to show it to me which she couldn’t. I informed her that my policy had nothing of that in nature and she couldn’t produce that but blew off my questions about it. She further continued to interrupt me and ended up hanging the phone up on me. Very disrespectful. I am changing my insurance just because I do not want to have this broker handling my insurance policy. I am very upset with them to say the least."

"My husband and I called to get an insurance policy for homeowners and Tom the owner was rude and disrespectful. When we were transferred to his office he picked up the phone asking who it was. When we told him who we were and we were referred to him his answer was “ yea and”. I said is that how you speak to new customers? He told us if we didn’t like his attitude we can go somewhere else. Which we did. When I called back to confront him on the phone and said I don’t like how he spoke to my husband that’s when the other staff laughed and thought it was a joke. Making disrespectful comments in the background .."
