"I lost my debit card and so I went to this location to get a new one which they print for you right there and so quickly. Donna the manager helped me and She was so kind and helpful and even suggested transferring my account to higher yield savings account and opening up a CD which She did so efficiently. She really went out of her way and I am so grateful."
"I wasn't going to leave a review but this incident has been weighing heavy on my heart. A few weeks ago 11/3/2020 I withdrew money with a bank teller April at the Patchogue location. When I checked my account the following day there was a 1900 withdrawal. I called customer service multiple times and was finally told the bank teller April went into my account after my withdrawal transaction and authorized the withdrawal to correct an old account. Understandable that these things need to be taken care of. HOWEVER the account was noted as a cash withdrawal as if I this was a conversation between me and her and I authorized this to occur at that time. What is upsetting is that was my rent money that I actually really needed at the time. I go to the bank to see if there is anything we can do to sort this out. I was having a conversation with an account manager about the incident and Donna, the bank manager, came over very aggressive and started talking to me in a very demeaning way as if her employee didn't just go out of her way to authorize the withdrawal. I asked to see the slip that showed I signed and authorized the withdrawal and she told me its bank documents and I can't have a copy of the paperwork April had submitted. Though this was upsetting I took the L and left. I am leaving this review because there is obviously something not quite right going on with this location and Donna and her minions are for sure is giving this location a bad rep as you can see in other reviews. SHE/THEM GOTS TO GO."
"Donna the manager has let her role as a manager get to her head denying my payment to pay my money owed on accounts and telling me I couldn’t sign up for a new account when the other branch let me she has held a grudge against me. Selena the branch supervisor was nice helped me settled my accounts. But Donna won’t help you unless she favors you. anyone she doesn’t like she’ll find a way to make your life harder I filed a complaint asking for her removal since more than 10 complaints where filed she still manages to work there and her attitude has changed but believe me it probably won’t last"
"The one and only star for this place goes to a few of the tellers. Sorry I couldn't rate you higher but the management in this location is definitely the worst on Long Island. Donna is an unprofessional power hungry human that is disrespectful and rude. How she made it to branch manager is beyond me. This one branch made me second guess why I ever put my money in a TD bank. I would highly suggest you take the ride up the road to the branch in Medford on 112. That is if you don't want to be frustrated by employees of a place which is holding your money and makes you feel unwanted and uncomfortable everytime you walk into this place."
