"If I could give zero stars I would. I read the reviews before coming here so was already a little iffy about the whole thing . I didn’t know background checks was apart of opening up a checking account? I was waiting for about 10 mins to see the “teller” & it was empty. I see her she then takes my ids & all tWHITE employees were whispering & talking about me & my ids by the main desk. I’m a Darkskin black woman & that was such a microaggression! I asked for my id back & walked right out as I don’t feel comfortable putting my hard earned money in a bank that treats potential clients like that! I don’t recommend them at all… makes sense why they bombard us with their mail cause no one is banking with them lol"

She was able to assist my elderly mother with her debit card issues. I decided to switch over my relationship to Citizens because the service is so much better here."

"This bank is awesome! Employee greeted me with a warm welcome. I was referred by a friend of mine. Just opened a new business account with banker, Stephanie Chen and manager, Mindy Ly . Very professional and courteous. Mindy was very friendly and patient, despite the system not working properly yesterday and alot of customers waiting in the lobby. She managed to work it out with Stephanie to open my business account successfully with my brother. I’m so happy with the service that I plan on opening a personal account soon scheduled with Mindy. She also mentioned about the great HELOC promotion. Highly recommend to bank with this place."

"I won’t give any star if possible! Terrible customer service, very unprofessional! The management is useless, can’t solve any problems! The manager named Mindy Ly is so ridiculous and she is Disrespectful to an elderly woman just because the woman wanted to asks her a question, she was rushing the lady and said hurry up I need to go lunch! I need to buy a certified check and she asked me a lot of personal questions. Waited for like 2 hours and can’t solved any problems. Had been with HSBC almost 15 years , never had that issues. Very bad experience and decided to close all the accounts! Do yourself a favor, don’t deal with this bank if possible transfer your accounts to Chase Bank (next door)please!"
