"I talked to a girl named Karen Yang who helped me with creating my account. Honestly, she was so sweet and understanding and I appreciate her. She guided me through everything perfectly and I love her!!"
"Great customer services! The tellers were extremely patient and did an amazing job helping me. The bank is pretty big and it sometimes gets crowded. One thing I have to say is since this area is opened at eighth ave, there seems to be an extensive amount of old non English speakers! They tend to make a ruckus out of the smallest things when it’s not even that big of a problem! I feel bad for these workers having to deal with these ill mannered people."
"Made an appointment before I came. Was there early and had to wait 20 mins. The customer service lady Jenny Chen was nice and quick."
"I roll up to the ATM, ready to do my thing, and guess who's chilling there? A homeless dude, just posted up like it's his new crib. No joke, the whole area smells like a dumpster, and to top it off, he's puffing away on cigarettes right there in the bank entrance. Not exactly the cool banking experience I signed up for. This situation is seriously bumming me out, and I'm not the only one. It's not just about the smell; it's a safety thing too. Something's gotta give, and I'm throwing it out there – maybe beef up security or give the place a good scrub? For my fellow banking buddies, I'd say skip this spot for now and hit up the Bank of America ATM on 13th Avenue. It's way more chill, no funky smells, and you won't have to dodge smoke clouds while you're making your deposits. Come on, Bank of America, let's clean up our act and make the ATM experience great again."
"I am not complaining about the inside, only ATM area! 1. the area is really really tiny! but always crowded, so you gotta squeeze and squeeze for the lines! 2. there're 3 ATM machines, but always there's 1 is out of order all the time for a long long time! I came in June this year (2 machines ok) and today (1 ok but 1 only for getting the cash)!!! 3. the machines run slow! take forever for deposit and 1 time up to 72, Chase and Citi done way better than you! 4. The door is not shut during off office time, so crazy people (I mean it, like mental illness people) stayed in to disrupt other customers!! Like CHASE OR CITI gotta require card to swipe in, this branch sucks! Last time, a crazy guy keeps bothering customers for asking for $1; and today, a crazy woman screamed and cursed at customers randomly! Geeze!! Despite the modern look, the glass, the great interior design (besides the ATM area), BOA please help this branch DO BETTER JOB! Do NOT waste the great location for high volume of customers!!!"
