From 1st communication upon entering to the duration of transactions, and everything in between. PLS does not disappoint. The staff here are very kind, courteous, efficient, and professional. When your ticket (interest) is due they kindly snail mail (who takes the time to do that nowadays:) well in advance as to the day/dates and amounts due for loans.
