"They are always open at saturdays from 10-2 But unfortunately they didnot opened bank today. So i have to go to other location to do my business. Big inconvenience!"

"The worst banking center. ATMs are always broken and bank is continuously under staffed. Update: 03/16/2024 - here’s a photo of one of the ATMs out of order and a line of people waiting."

"10/10/19 around 5:20pm, after work I was running to this branch to make payment before bank closing at 6pm. Parking was full and parking attendant direct me to park outside on the street. Few cars behind me were directed to do the same. After I find and pay for parking, came back and see 2 guys coming from the store across the street with the shopping bags to the parking lot. They gave money in the hand to the attendant. When I confront him - He F....me with the smile on his face. To my big surprise, bank was completely empty. Only 2 customers next to the machines. How come parking is full, or its private property of parking attendant. I would like to ask managers to check the camera to prove my story and remove this attendant. I'm not going to do business with such disrespect to me as a customer. Please see pictures attached."
