"As a small business owner, I'm very disappointed with this location. The staff is rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and unappreciative of their customers. 1. My aunt came in to open an account and was told there are no appointments available until July. Since your business relies on customers opening accounts, how can you turn them away? The African American young lady at the front bluntly stated they wouldn't lose any business if they don't open accounts. 2. I have two business accounts with this company and came in to do a wire transfer after it was returned via online. I was told the wait time is 2.5 hours, or they could help me do it on my phone. I was confused as to why they could assist me on my phone but didn't have the time to sit with me for a business transfer. I generally enjoy banking with Bank of America, but this location sets a poor example for the institution. It either needs to be closed or the staff needs to be trained in customer service."

"Horrible experience. I was trying to deposit a company's check into a client's account. I wrote the client's name in black ink while at the window, the rest of the check in blue ink at my office and they denied me from depositing the check in the account because it was in two different colors of ink. I will never go there again. 8 months pregnant and tired I had to walk out after waiting on line for 20 minutes. SMH. So angry."

"I had never entered a bank with such bad customer treatment ....... I made my appointment more than a month in advance and when I arrived they told me that they could not attend me that the person of the appointment did not exist ...... it is the worst customer service do not go to that bank I went to TD bank and they were very kind I did what I had to do in less than 15 minutes"

"Was told to come here from another branch so I could be helped, just for me to travel 30 minutes and be told I’d need to schedule an appointment. Customer service was and will always be trash with BOA."

"With 2 stars I'm being generous They usually have one teller at the window with workers walking around and the back and a greeter up front not doing anything. THERE SHOULDNT BE LONG LINES This location really needs to prioritize plus the customer service is horrible -- I could understand being the only person working at the window."
