"Every time I come here. The lines are extremely long, I wait on the line for at least an hour. They need more staffing. I am surprised after all the complaining they haven't yet looked into this."

"This site the slowest place I've been to. The tellers need to be a little faster serving people. There should be someone serving the people come for statements separate not by teller. I tried closing an account for my deceased husband and they gave me problems. I had corporate step in and signed papers closed account no problem."

"regardless of the time of day, they NEVER answer the telephones and when you are in the branch get ready to wait for at least 1-1 1/2 hours (or more my personal record was 2 hours and 10 minutes) to see a representative. once you get to see someone, guaranteed they won't be able to assist you [poor training, disinterested management, look busy even if you are not then get back to talking on your cell, or the best, just drag out every client with small talk regardless that there is standing room only in the reception area, oh and please get the security guard to be a bank official as well and tell clients Citibank policies]. Simply awful. But I must admit, the tellers are pretty awesome because everybody in authority at this branch pretty much are not community or business minded."
